- Account information you use to sign in to the partner portal.
- Business records associated with your distributor company (such as quotations, orders, deliveries and invoices) shown only to your company.
- The details you enter when you apply to become an LVX Partner.
- Basic technical logs needed to keep the service secure and available.
How we use it
We use your information to authenticate you, show your own company’s data, respond to your requests, and operate and secure the service. We do not sell your information.
How your session works
Signing in creates a secure, server-side session. The portal shows only data belonging to your own distributor company. Your credentials are used solely to authenticate and are never stored by this website.
Partner applications
When you apply to become an LVX Partner, we collect the details you enter in the application form: your full name, company name, mobile / WhatsApp number, email address, governorate or city, business activity and smart home experience, and, if you add them, your company website or social media and your notes.
We use these details only to review your application and to contact you about it. They are stored in LVX's business system and are seen by the LVX partner team. Applying does not create a partner account and does not give access to partner pricing. To correct or remove your application details, contact the LVX Partner team.
